Thank you for placing your order with Tsinghe Network. To expedite your server delivery, please follow these instructions.
- A member of our sales team will contact you via telephone to confirm your server purchase. Your server purchase must be confirmed prior to the server delivery process.
- Upon telephone confirmation by our sales team, you will receive an email verifying your order. This email will also include your login information to the customer portal. This will allow you to add users and become familiar with all the features inside the portal while your server is being provisioned.
- Most servers are delivered within 2 to 4 hours of receipt of your order confirmation email. If your order takes longer than 2 to 4 hours to complete, a sales representative will contact you with the details and estimated delivery timeline.
- Once your server has completed the provisioning process, you will receive a final email indicating your server is ready for production and instructions on how to begin to use your server.
